Actively responding to and deeply implementing the relevant spirit of the meeting on JLU’s final exams, according to the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences’ arrangements and requirements for 2020-2021 first semester’s final exams and the building of a fine academic atmosphere, Dean Ma Jie and Party Secretary Qu Yuanli led the School’s leaders, teaching supervision group and members of the teaching committee to monitor the exams by being senior proctors at some 20 exam sites on the main campus and Xinmin campus. Per the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences’ Record Sheet for Exam Monitoring, the cohort carefully inspected on-site order, attendance of faculty proctors, student’s personal item storage, exam integrity and other important factors, thereby guaranteeing the smooth carrying out of the exam as well as its fairness to all students.
