In order to thoroughly implement the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and fostering talents and further improve the education and teaching level of teachers in the School, the JLUSPS invited Professor Sui Dayun, education and teaching supervisor of Jilin University and winner of the Excellent Teacher Prize of Baogang Education Foundation, to give a lecture on how to present a good class. Professor Sui started with the seven qualities and four competencies (i.e. moral character, academic level, speaking and writing skills) that teachers should possess, and explained how to present a good class from the perspective of teaching procedures and methods. The lecture was absorbing, lighthearted and full of humor, making all teachers want to hear more.

Dean Ma Jie, Deputy Dean Guan Qingxiang, Deputy Dean Wang Yi, Deputy Dean Cao Xia and over 40 teachers attended the lecture. The teachers said that they benefited a lot from the lecture which offered insight into how to present a good class, and expressed their desire for attending more similar events.
